I think that this woman shoot (i.e. takes the picture of) her husband using a cmera, get the photo, then she holds (i.e. displays) the picture under water ((( I wonder Why))). At last she hangs (i.e. attaches) the picture on the wall. Then they go out.

This one is really challenging! I am not completely sure of my answer.
